PAR Consulting Pieter Ruietenberg

Pieter Ruitenberg is the founder and owner of PAR Consulting which aims at sharing over 50 years of aviation experience with our customers. The company provides practical training for aviation and supports companies to create handbooks and processes to gain EASA Part 21 organisational approvals. Over 50 modules form the basis for dedicated training programs for design, production, certification staff and upper management.  A speciality is cabin safety training for design organisations which provides the background of the history of the technical requirements combined with the operational implications. An overview of the modules with a short introduction can be provided by sending an Email to pieter@par-consulting.eu. Pieter was born and raised in Amsterdam. He studied mechanical engineering and architecture to combine technical and design aspects with a close eye on the human / machine interface in various designs of aircraft interiors worldwide. As a member of the international cabin safety steering group, he gained excellent relations with authorities like EASA, TCCA, FAA which has helped the certification of novel creations for new aircraft designs, modifications and VIP completions. He was connected to EASA from the start due to the relation with the former JAA and, as such, has helped over 20 companies to achieve certification to EASA Part 21 subpart J (design) or subpart G (production).
Pieter Ruitenberg - PAR Consulting

We are proud to announce the continuation of the collaboration between Pieter Ruitenberg (PAR consulting, PAR) and Margriet Bredewold (Co-Guard GmbH, CoG) in the field of Part 21 initial and continuation training. For 2024, we had a CVE training in March and now launch a Cabin Safety training for March 2025.

The focus of our seminars is on aviation professionals working in dedicated parts of the aviation environment. During the training, new and relevant requirements in relation to Part 21, safety, OSD and performance are introduced and translated into practical performance in your organisation. All training is performed by well experienced aviation professionals who have worked for various aviation industries and authorities.

All training sessions are based on the PAR/ CoG developed modules with dedicated workshops during the day. These workshops will address the theory based on actual situations in the aviation industry and can be fine-tuned based on the working environment of the participants.

Special “in house” training programs can be provided on request.

Cabin Safety Seminar

This three-day detailed introduction to cabin safety gives insight in both the certification and operation of cabins and the interaction with associated systems. The seminar gives an overview of the development of interior regulations, use of ETSO, handling of COTS, critical aspects / novel developments and the interaction of certification and operational requirements in relation to OSD and the required contents of manuals.

New cabin designs, VIP designs as well as modifications are explained in relation to the different constraints on the design and certification in relation to the anticipated use. The means to determine if operational instructions are properly addressed in relation to the work load and technical dispatch constraints as well as the cabin compliance demonstration are handled in examples and tested in workshops as part of this seminar.

Target audience for this training are experienced interior engineers and certifying staff from interior manufacturers, maintenance organisations and completion centres.
